Roller Coasters in the Lab - Pictures

The eighth graders enjoyed constructing roller coasters in the lab.
It was a great physics lesson. Before building the roller coasters,
the students did their research and constructed their architectural design.
They had a plan before starting their construction. Each roller coaster had at least two loops.
Sounds of excitement permeated the room as the students sent their marble through the foam tubing.
They watched anxiously to see the marble go through these loops into a cup!
