Science Project Promotes Teamwork and Creativity - Pictures

The second graders recently studied land habitats in their science classes. They had a choice to create a model of a woodland forest or a rain forest as part of their culminating activity for the unit. The students brought their own materials to school and worked in cooperative groups to produce their designs. The goal was to be peaceful with each other while expressing scientific knowledge. The second graders worked enthusiastically to create beautiful models and wonderful memories!
