St. Christina Students Display their Science Skills - Pictures

On Saturday, March 31st, Mother McAuley High School hosted a regional science fair. The science classes of Mrs. Joan Baley showcased their science skills and demonstrated their hard work that went into this year’s seventh grade “Invention Convention” and eighth grade science fair.

Each participant received a medal and awards were given to the top three in each category. In seventh grade the participants were: Emily Bober, Jacee Brija, Erin Donovan, Sara Dowling, Clarissa Garrett, Morgan Insley, Aine McKillop, Erin Larkin, James Loughney, Catherine McMullin, Keegan O’Hara, Carley Perovic, Jacob Schmitz, and Athina Zoller.

Emily Bober took 1st place and Morgan Insley took 2nd place in the invention category

In eighth grade the participants were: Frank Basile, Tim Carroll, Katherine Fennessey, Maggie Hackett, Alexis Larkin, Steven Lona, Elizabeth Seip, and Erin Walsh.

Maggie Hackett and Erin Walsh took 1st place in the science fair category

We were very proud and honored to have our students do so very well at this science competition.
