St. Christina School - St. Francis of Assisi and Stuffed Animal Blessing - Pictures

In October 2018, Mrs. Harmon’s preschool class learned about St. Francis of Assisi,
the patron saint of animals and the environment.

To make the lesson extra special, Father Conde blessed the students’ stuffed animals.

The Feast of St. Francis of Assisi is celebrated annually on October 4.
It is a popular day for pets to be blessed.
