Veterans Day Celebration - Pictures

We Will Always Remember - The students at St. Christina school showed that they are “Proud to be American” at this year’s Veterans Day celebration. This event was a tribute to all the men and women in the armed forces. Kindergarten through sixth grades and the children’s choir preformed various patriotic songs demonstrating their gratitude for our veterans. A slide show of memorial pictures was presented in addition to speeches with detailed information about war memorials across the United States. Congressman Dan Lipinski was in attendance for this special event, and he spoke to the audience about how important it is to honor our veterans and thanked the students for their wonderful tribute.
