Thanksgiving Homebound Meals - Picture

Turkey Day: A Triumph - The return of Homebound Meals was a marvelous success - Just see the picture - That says it all.

The meal included fresh baked turkey, stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, cranberries, bread and butter, and, of course, treats and pumpkin pie.

Thanks to all the volunteers who helped make this inaugural meal a huge success. Thanks also to our first grade Daisy Girl Scouts for making the Thanksgiving cards and to our first graders and eighth grade Girl Scouts for the placemats.

Finally, a special shout-out goes to Fasano Pies, who gave the Homebound Meal Ministry a huge discount on the pumpkin pies. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
