Ministers of Care bring communion regularly to those who are homebound due to the aging process, life threatening illness. surgery, or short term illness.

Faith and church have been a vital part of the lives of these people. It is important that we, now, reach out to those experiencing limitations and health problems. Oftentimes, we in ministry are unaware of such situations, and we really count on your help. It sometimes happens that we find out after the fact that someone hasn’t been able to attend Mass for awhile. If you know of a relative, friend, or neighbor who has not been able to attend Mass, please ask the person if he/she would like to have communion brought to them at home.
